Your Open Rehearsal invitation: 9th May 2018

Our Musical Director, Tim Pithers, is opening our rehearsal from 7.30pm – 9.30pm Wednesday 9th May to all who are interested in how we work or in joining us.  Come along to Endecott House, Chagford, and a warm welcome…..

Our open rehearsal will be a great opportunity both for those who want to come along and sing with us and those who want to come and see how a choral rehearsal works.
For those who have thought about joining our choir and want to exercise their vocal muscles, come along and have a wonderful couple of hours rehearsing some fantastic music amongst great company. We’ll be tackling a wide range of musical styles as we prepare for our summer concert. It’s a fantastic way to get to know the Chagford Singers and what we get up to in our rehearsals.
For those who are interested in getting to know us a bit more (but who don’t necessarily want to sing), come and experience how a full SATB choir rehearsal works from the sidelines! It’ll be a wonderful way to see/hear the work we do during rehearsals, how we approach different music and learn about our summer repertoire.
I look forward to seeing you on 9th May for a jam-packed musical evening!
Many thanks

Let us know?

You don’t need to let us know you are coming but it would help if you have the time to do so.  Ring Jan Baker on 01647 221228 or use Contact Us.

Please arrive a little earlier than 7.30pm, if you can, so we can place you where you want to be.  There will chairs at the side and within the choir for you and there is a refreshment break at 8.30pm.  You may then wish to break away, if not singing, or continue with us to the end of the rehearsal.  We look forward to seeing you!
